These training courses are addressed to high schools professors in and around Parma and intend to transfer specialized knowledge and methodologies linked to the main issues related to life sciences. Lectures will be held by professors and researchers working within the framework of the Center for Studies in European and International Affairs and will focus on the analysis of the complex relationship between scientific development, ethical and cultural considerations and law-making action, pursuant to a multidisciplinary approach, with the overall aim of spreading knowledge in this specific field and fostering public debate.

The training courses will benefit from the cooperation with the University Center of Bioethics of the University of Parma.

The first set of training courses will take place during the a. y. 2016/2017.
